Privacy Policy

Here at eq2connect we are committed to proving you with the best possible customer service experience and are bound by the Privacy Act 2014.

To use our contact form you are required to submit some personal information. This may include your name and contact details such as phone number and email address. This is collected and stored securely in either our practice management system (Cliniko) or our own secure servers.

Cancellation Policy

We require at least 24 hours notice for cancelled appointments. Fees will apply to missed appointments or appointments cancelled at short notice.

Please note, we often have waiting lists, accordingly, we ask you to provide us with as much notice as possible to enable us to offer your appointment to someone on our wait list.
